Paul Bruski
Chief Engineer / Master Level
Known as the King of Voice Over, Paul Bruski is credited on over 160 different movies and television shows, including over 170 episodes of Family Guy. Paul’s legendary status in ADR and Voice Over recording is showcased in hundreds of feature films, animations, documentaries, national television series, and everything else audio.
Holding a degree in Audio Recording from Northeast Tech, his career started at Alpha Audio working on sessions with Steven Tyler and Joe Perry of Aerosmith, The Temptations, Gwar, and legendary guitarist Danny Gatton. After 30 years, Paul Bruski has recorded the voices of:

Carlos Chafin
Composer / Producer / Master Level
Carlos Chafin is Master-level producer, audio engineer, and composer. Co-founder of In Your Ear Studios and President of Shockoe Records, Chafin is a certifiable legend of recording.
His early clients included Rolling Stones, Pat Benatar, Clarence Clemons of Bruce Springsteen's E Street Band while working at Alpha Audio. He’s since written music for three Super Bowl Commercials, Coke, McDonalds, Sprint, Walmart, Total Wine, Purina, Kraft, and GEICO. Chafin co-wrote the music for Virginia Is For Lovers, North Carolina's tourism theme, and Visit Florida. Chafin is also credited with the logo theme for Sesame Workshops.
Tom Preston
Audio Engineer / Pro-Level
Tom Preston is the Member’s Engineer at In Your Ear Studios. As a Pro-Level audio engineer, Tom is a graduate of Shenandoah Conservatory’s Music Production and Recording Technology Program, and Certified ProTools Operator. Tom’s clients receive pro-level quality, communication, and speed to deliver results that matter.
As a producer, Tom’s foundation in music theory, bass performance cross many genres of music. His creativity in production commands attention, and his professionalism is profound.
Kathy Allsbrook
Studio Manager
Kathy Allsbrook is the operational hub of In Your Ear Studios. Kathy leads production estimates, studio scheduling, talent scheduling, and client communications.
She is an expert casting and talent negotiator, and one of Central Virginia's most knowledgeable production resources.
Kathy's talent negotiation have included broadcast production rights for performances from groups such as Fall Out Boy and countless professional actors and voice talent. She deals with AFTRA, SAG and books sessions all over the world to accommodate the talent request of our clients needs.
Kathy Allsbrook is a co-founder of In Your Ear Studios, and has been pivital in this industry for over 30 years.
Andrea Buchheit
Foley Artist / Pro-Level
Andrea Buchheit is a pro-level foley artist for In Your Ear Studios. She also works for Shockoe Records as the Chief Technology Officer and Director and Live Switcher for Shockoe Sessions Live. As a graduate from the VCU Kinetic Imaging Department, she was trained in sound design, video post-production, and web design.
Reese Williams
Voice Over Actor / Pro-Level
Reese Williams has been a voice actor for over 25 years. She’s lent her talent to live radio, animation, mobile apps, voicemails, commercials, corporate videos and backup singing vocals.
Reese also serves as Chief Communications Officer for Shockoe Records, hosting Shockoe Sessions Live and its companion podcast This Room Sounds Great.
