Kathy Allsbrook is the operational hub of In Your Ear Studios. Kathy leads production estimates, studio scheduling, talent scheduling, and client communications.

She is an expert casting and talent negotiator, and one of Central Virginia's most knowledgeable production resources.  

Kathy's talent negotiation have included broadcast production rights for performances from groups such as Fall Out Boy and countless professional actors and voice talent.  She deals with AFTRA, SAG and books sessions all over the world to accommodate the talent request of our clients needs.

Kathy Allsbrook is a co-founder of In Your Ear Studios, and has been pivotal in this industry for over 30 years.
