Base Wage: $16.00 - $20.00/hour, depending on experience

Job Description | Concierge

The Concierge at In Your Ear Studios is the heartbeat of the client relations team at In Your Ear Studios, answering directly to the head of Client Relations. This position serves three areas of day-to-day operations, serving the needs of 1) Clients 2) Staff 3) Facilities.

The Concierge will actively assist the Head of Client Relations in generating revenue for the studio through direct sales of studio time, services, memberships, special events, and other revenue streams.

Duties Include

  • Answers and routes incoming phone calls and emails, acting as a gatekeeper.

  • Greets clients and guests in the reception area, acting as gatekeeper to front door entry access.

  • Collects and enters client and project information CRM system.

  • Quotes studio and services to existing and new clients.

  • Provides refreshments to all guests and staff through the shift.

  • Creatively and discreetly troubleshoots client problems, wants, and needs.

  • Give staff session time reminders to help sessions run smoothly and timely.

  • Keeps the studio facilities exceptionally clean, including entry, reception, hallways, kitchen, studios, offices, and light bathroom. Reports facility issues to Studio Manager.

  • Assist with social media management (content gathering, posting, etc.)

Experience

  • At least two years experience in customer service or hospitality.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Organizational skills and strong attention to detail.

  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time.

  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

  • Ability to routinely crouch, bend, kneel, and reach overhead.

  • Must be comfortable with climbing/standing on ladders up to 6ft.

Schedule 

  •  20-30 hours per week; hours will be scheduled Monday - Saturday, 8:00am - 9:00pm.
